The International Cooperation and Exchange Center (and the Hong Kong-Macao-Taiwan Affairs Office) is a department to conduct the centralized management of all foreign affairs of Xi'an Eurasia University. It is a functional department of this university that implements China's policy on foreign teachers and educational foreign affairs policy, advances cross-strait exchanges and cooperation, and helps to promote the international development strategy across university and formulate related management and service systems. Its main functions are as follows:

1. Undertake all kinds of foreign affairs reception events and intercollegiate exchange activities, and guide the international cooperation and exchange affairs of all colleges;

2. Manage foreign teachers and students in the university;

3. Conduct centralized management of various international cooperation and exchange projects;

4. Provide necessary assistance and guidance for all teachers and students in their outward visits.

Large-scale International Events

In order to further implement the school's international development strategy, enrich the campus life of faculty members, and strengthen the international experience, the International Cooperation and Exchange Center has presided over or assisted the organization of many large-scale cross-cultural communication activities by other departments of the school. They include:

1. October 2016: Symphonic Concert Themed "The Water of the Yellow River Coming from Heaven";

2. May 2017: Joint teaching of Convention and Exhibition Major of Algonquin College in Canada and Xi'an Eurasia University;

3. June 2017: Australian pop concert;

4. September 2017: Cross-cultural summer camp of Karlshochschule International University, Germany;

5. September 2017: Education sub-forum of Euro-Asia Economic Forum

6. May 2018: Final in Xi'an of CCTV "Star of Hope" English Talent Competition

7. July 2018: Students from the "Laureate Program" came to Xi'an Eurasia University for exchange and study

8. October 2018: Local activities organized by Young Presidents' Organization (YPO)

9. November 2018: Winter study tour of St. Petersburg State University of Economics in Russia

10. March 2019: Meeting of famous overseas universities of Xi'an Eurasia University
