● Brand meaning

  “Enranger” brand is the first light vehicle brand of Weichai. From now on, all Weichai’s light vehicles will belong to Enranger brand and it represents that Weichai Motor starts on the path of exploration and innovation in light vehicle.

  Logo of Enranger is an ox-head sign. This logo symbolizes that Weichai Motor owns the spirit of a bull. Not only In China does BULL symbolize a quality of solid and struggling spirit, but it also symbolizes a quality of brave and struggling worldwide. It implies the core spirit of Weichai Motor, which is doing solid work and struggling bravely.

  ENRAGER is a combined word. En comes from Engine and Energy, which means power and energy. This strength is both an inheritance of Weichai green power and the power with which Weichai Motor can forge ahead. Ranger symbolizes knight spirit and aggressive strength. Knight is not only famous for being brave, but also be widely known as being wise. Weichai Motor is just this kind of ranger and a distinctive fighter in the market. Therefore, Enranger is a knight who is given stronger power, and thus Enranger is a fighter forging ahead with wise and strong power.

  英致 (Yingzhi) is a transliterated word from Enranger. 英 (Ying) means outstanding talent, who owns heroic spirit and power. 致(Zhi) means an aggressive spirit, which is essential attitude and spirit for a fighter. Enranger, forge ahead wisely and bravely. Power with you!

●  Manufacturing base began operation on 2014. The annual production capacity is 300,000 units.

  Manufacturing base is located in Shuangfu New industry, Jiangjin District, Chongqing, covering an area of 1386 mu. The first phase area is 140,000m2, it is expected to be put into use in the first half of 2014. The annual production capacity is 100,000 units. After all the plant fully completed, the annual production capacity will reach 300,000 units.

● Channel and planning: "3+5+7" development ideas

  The development strategy of Weichai Motor’s channel is “3+5+7” as key markets, that is, three core markets are Shandong, Chongqing and Sichuan, five key markets are Hebei, Henan, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Yunnan, seven secondary key markets are Anhui, Hunan, Guizhou, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Shanxi and Zhejiang. In 2013, the construction of the dealer network of Weichai passenger cars has basically covered all key markets in the whole country.

●   Main products: SUV, MPV, pickup, etc.

  Weichai currently plans to develop three models, small SUV S201, compact MPV M301 and full-size high-end pickup P80.

  Weichai S201:

  Just a few days ago, we got the latest spy photos of Weichai S201, which has a length, width and height of 4066/1737/1657mm and a wheelbase of 2502mm, positioning as a small SUV. It is reported that the new car is expected to be available for sale in the first half of 2014.

  In terms of appearance, the design of new car tends to city SUV. The button layout is compact on the dashboard. Steering wheel is three-spoke. Seat is two-tone color. In terms of power, new car is equipped with a 1.5L petrol engine with a Max. power of 102hp.

   Weichai P80:

  Weichai P80 is positioned as a full-size high-end pickup, is expected to be launched in 2016. From the design sketch, this car may have an elegant front face, and the body line is sharp and full of power. It is also known that new car will be oriented to industry customers, government purchase, military and police vehicles and private users with personal pursuit in the future.
