关于中国政府和古巴政府互免签证协定生效的通知

外交部近日通知，《中华人民共和国政府和古巴共和国政府关于互免持外交、公务、官员护照和公务普通护照人员签证的协定》已于2021年1月日签署，并将于2021年7月16日生效。

中华人民共和国持有效的中华人民共和国外交、公务、公务普通护照的公民和古巴共和国持有效的古巴共和国外交、官员和公务护照的公民，在缔约另一方入境、出境或者过境，自入境之日起不超过60日，免办签证。

望各有关航空运输企业据此为两国互免签证人员出行提供便利。

NOTICE

The People's Republic of China and The Government of the Republic of Cuba signed the AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLED REPUBLIC OF CHINA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CUBA ON MUTUAL VISA EXEMPTIONS FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC, SERVICE, OFFICIAL PASSPORTS AND PASSPORTS FOR PUBLIC AFFAIRS on January 13, 2021. It will come into effect on July 16, 2021.

Chinese citizens holding valid diplomatic, service or passports for public affairs of the People's Republic of China, and Cuban citizens holding valid diplomatic, official and service passports of the Republic of Cuba shall be exempted from visa requirements for entry into, exit from or transit through the territory of the other Contracting Party, for a period of stay that shall not exceed 60 days as of entry into the territory of the other Party.

The CAAC expects relevant air carriers to facilitate the travel for officials who meet the specifications of above.
