Wang Kanlin
Translation Revisor
2007 – Division of Translation, International Cooperation and Service Center, CAAC. He is currently serving as Deputy Director of the Division;
2016 – 2016 served as a Consultant in the Chinese Language Section of ICAO;
2005 – 2006 served as an English editor for three IEEE Transaction journals and one Chinese magazine in the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences;
2002 – 2005 graduated from Northwest University and received Master degree in American Literature.Since joining ICSCC, he has been translating the documents from ICAO and the files from various departments directly under CAAC and from the industry. In 2018, he was accredited as Translation Revisor. From 2008 to 2015, he was also tasked with a program of aeronautic agenda items of World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-12 and WRC-15) by CAAC.

Wang Hualing
Translation Revisor
Wang Hualing has been working as a translator in ICSCC since 2011. In 2014, she worked in Chinese Section of ICAO as a consultant.
Documents translated since her current job include Safety Management Manual, Aviation Security Manual, Manual of Civil Aviation Medicine, China Civil Aviation Annual Report, etc. Before joining ICSCC, she worked with China Council for International Investment Promotion as a translator. She graduated from Beijing Normal University and received Master degree in American Literature.

He Exiang
Translation Revisor
Since 2007, He Exiang has been working as a translator at the International Cooperation and Service Center, CAAC;
2005 - 2007, worked at China Electronic Engineering Design Institute (CEEDI);
2002 - 2005, received his Master degree in international finance from Shanghai University.
He worked as a consultant at the Chinese Section of ICAO twice, respectively in 2013 and 2015.He has translated and revised large amounts of documents, including Technical Instructions For the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (Doc 9284), Safety Management Manual (SMM) (Doc 9859), Aviation Security Manual (Doc 8973 – Restricted), CAAC Annual Report, ICAO Annex 16 - Environmental Protection: Volume I, Aircraft Noise and ICAO Annex 9- Facilitation.
