Description
The kit adopts a centrifugal adsorption column capable of efficiently and specifically binding DNA and a unique buffer system. It is simple and fast to operate, and can complete DNA extraction of 96 different blood samples in a short time. The extracted genomic DNA can be used for gene detection or tissue typing, PCR, enzyme digestion, Southern blot and other experimental operations.
