Description

Marker D15000+2000 consists of eleven double-stranded DNA bands that are suitable as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis.

The product is ready-to-use; it is premixed with 1× Loading Buffer for direct loading 3~6 μl on agarose gel electrophoresis.

The ladder is composed of eleven individual DNA fragments (in base pairs): 15000, 10000, 7500, 5000, 2500, 2000, 1000, 750, 500, 250, and 100 bp. It contains one intense band (1000 bp) for easy orientation. Loading 6 μl of the product will provide 50 ng per DNA fragment, with one intense fragment of 100 ng.
