Hylands assists in the expressway construction of Beijing Daxing International Airport
On the 70th anniversary of the founding of the PRC, the opening ceremony of Beijing Daxing International Airport was held in Beijing on the morning of September 25. Jinping XI, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, attended the ceremony to announce the official commissioning of the airport. President X, on behalf of the CPC Central Committee, expressed his heartfelt thanks and greetings to the cadres and workers involved in the construction and operation of the airport.
In the Daxing Airport Expressway Project, Hylands Law Firm provided legal services for the project company Beijing North China New Airport North Line Expressway Co. Ltd. and successfully coped with many challenges brought up by the adjustment of the project schedule and changes in external conditions, and finally completed the work with a high degree of professionalism. The Daxing Airport Expressway Project was an important part of the modern and three-dimensional transportation system of Daxing International Airport. Among them, the North Line Project adopted the PPP mode, in which the representatives of government investors and social capital investors jointly established a project company for franchise operation, with a total investment of approximately CNY 12.111 billion. The mainline project was completed and opened to traffic on June 30, 2019, and officially put into use together with Daxing International Airport.
