Hylands Assists UBIAI Technology Ltd. in Completing Pre-B Series Financing

Recently, Hylands has assisted UBIAI Technology Ltd. in successfully completing its Pre-B series equity financing, which was delivered at the offshore Cayman company level. This series of financing was led by TELENAV, INC., a leading player in wireless location, followed by continued follow-on investment from existing investors CHINA MOBILITY (HK) LIMITED and TransLink Capital Partners IV, L.P. The current series of financing will be mainly applied to sustainable business upgrading, R&D investment, etc., and to provide users with more comprehensive and trustworthy Telematics data services to realize the value of the Company and the products.

In the current Series Pre-B of financing, Hylands Law Firm, as the legal advisor of UBIAI, has provided full legal services for this round of financing. The scope of services includes transaction structure design, transaction negotiation, drafting, reviewing and revising various transaction documents, and assisting in completing the signing of transaction documents and project delivery. The Project is hosted by Yuancheng GUO, with the participation of Qingqing CHEN.
