Hylands Assists a Large State-owned Insurance Company to Acquire Property Shares of a Sub-fund of a National Guidance Fund

Recently, the investment period of a sub-fund under a National Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Guidance Fund has expired, in which a limited partner representing the Ministry of Science and Technology proposed to withdraw from the sub-fund, and a large state-owned insurance company proposed to take over the property share of the sub-fund of the national guidance fund. The lawyers of Hylands have assisted the insurance company in designing the transaction structure, participating in business negotiations, reviewing the transaction documents, and issuing due diligence reports and legal opinions. Eventually, the insurance company successfully acquired the share of the fund property and completed the regulatory filing.
