Hylands Assists CCCC First Highway Engineering Group and China RongTong Real Estate Group in Signing Cooperation Agreement
Recently, CCCC First Public Company Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CCCC First Public Company Group") and China RongTong Real Estate Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China Rongtong Real Estate Group") have formally signed a cooperation agreement. Pursuant to the cooperation agreement, CCCC First Public Company Group shall officially transfer 40% of the equity of RongTong No. 1 Engineering and Construction Company Limited and RongTong No. 2 Engineering and Construction Company Limited, which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of China RongTong Real Estate Group respectively. CCCC First Highway Engineering Group and China Rongtong Real Estate Group will make the best use of their shareholder advantages to continue to deepen cooperation and achieve their cooperation objectives.
