Hylands Assists CSG Energy in Gaining the Highest Rating of "A" in Information Disclosure for Main Board Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in the First Year After Listing

Recently, Shenzhen Stock Exchange issues the Notice on the Results of 2021 Annual Information Disclosure Assessment of Listed Companies on the Main Board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Given the context of increasingly tightened regulation on disclosure of listed companies, CSG Energy was awarded the highest rating "A" within its first year of listing, fully demonstrating the sustained efforts made by CSG Energy on listing compliance such as corporate governance, information disclosure and investor relations management, as well as the high recognition of the regulatory authorities on the performance of the Company. According to the findings in the 2021 Annual Information Disclosure Assessment of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, a total of 1,471 enterprises listed on the Main Board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange participated in the assessment, with 284 or 19.31% rated A. A total of 34 enterprises participated in the assessment for the first time after listing, of which only 3 or 8.82% were rated A. CSG Energy is one of the only three listed companies rated "A" within the first year of listing.
