Hylands accepts the entrustment of the CCCC First Highway Engineering Group Co. Ltd., the Social Investor, to provide legal services for the PPP Project of Tongwei-Dingxi Expressway

The PPP Project of Tongwei-Dingxi Expressway is located in Anding District and Tongwei County of Dingxi City, with a total length of 115.28 kilometers and a total investment of about CNY 12.6 billion. Hylands accepted the entrustment of the CCCC First Highway Engineering Group Co. Ltd., the social investor, to provide compliance review services for the project. The PPP Project of Quanzhou Section of the Quanzhou-Xiamen-Zhangzhou Cities-Alliance Expressway of the Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone expressway network starts from the vicinity of Futian Village, Yonghe Town, Jinjiang City, and ends at the junction of Quanzhou City and Xiamen City in Bantou Village, Shijing Town, Quanzhou City, which connects with Haixiang Avenue in Xiamen City. The total length of the project is 27.94 kilometers, with a total investment of approximately CNY 4.708 billion. Hylands accepted the entrustment of the Fujian Quanzhou Expressway Co. Ltd., the social investor, to provide compliance review services for the project.

The total investment of the above projects ranged from CNY 1 billion to CNY 12.6 billion, with a total scale of about CNY 52 billion. During the legal compliance review of the project, Hylands provided customized legal services and value-added services for each project comprehensively and innovatively, which not only played an important role in the normal development of the project but also accumulated rich experience.
