Hylands assists Garden Group in successfully issuing the Ultra-short-term Financing Bonds of CNY 500 million

With the approval of document ZSXZ [2018] No. SCP32 issued by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII), Garden Group Co. Ltd. publicly issued the ‘Garden Group Co. Ltd. 2020 First Ultra-short-term Financing Bonds’ (Ultra-short-term Financing Bonds Project) in the national inter-bank bond market from March 2, 2020, to March 3, 2020.
The Ultra-short-term Financing Bonds Project (bond abbreviation 20 Garden SCP001) was successfully issued by China Construction Bank and Hengfeng Bank as lead underwriters in the national inter-bank bond market on March 3, 2020, with an issue size of CNY 500 million, a rating of AA+, a term of 270 days, and a coupon rate of 6.5%.
