奥必通固井团队致力于为客户提供卓越的服务,我们拥有丰富的施工经验、先进的固井技术、精良的施工设备以及配套的井下工具,能够使用CEMPRO+模拟软件进行固井作业设计,并能够进行压力测试和CBL结果的分析评估。我们内部开发了高性能和创新的固井产品和技术,并成功应用于石油天然气、储气库和地热等各种类型的井。
我们所提供的固井设备包括拖车撬、固井车以及落地撬,并配备行业公认的关键组件,如底特律/卡特/奔驰发动机、艾里逊变速箱、Parker液压系统、Serva泵、自动混浆系统以及无线数据采集系统。在工程设计方面,我们与Pegasus Vertex合作,定制CEMPRO+以适应常规石油天然气井和非常规油气井的固井需求。该模拟软件不仅可以模拟泥浆顶替效率,还能够模拟井眼动态的顶替效果,套管居中度,压力体系等关键参数。
此外,我们公司内部开发了8种水泥浆体系技术用于各类常规和非常规油气井:
1. EZCem技术:用于高温高压井的固井水泥浆体系。
2. ELViS技术:在固井作业中提供高效泥顶替效率,高温条件下效果尤为突出。
3. OPTiWash新型油基泥浆冲洗隔离液技术:为非常规油气井提供有效泥浆滤饼的清理,以实现更好的界面胶结。
4. Flow-off技术:可以控制气体及流体窜槽并防止酸性气体的腐蚀。
5. PETCem技术:可实现最低(至0.98 g/cm³)或最高(至2.7 g/ cm³)水泥浆密度,满足非常规压力油气井的固井设计。
6.FCS 技术: 该技术采用独特的水泥力学性能,适用于水泥应力变化较大的热采井,储气库井以及地热井。
7.TOC 技术: 在泵送速率变化时表现出触变特性,使固井工程师能够在固井作业期间尽可能的阻止液体的漏失。
8.LIFT 技术: 通过该体系中独特的缓凝机制,满足于深井或者超深井中,长封固段的固井设计。
