Shanghai Lang Yue Law Firm (“Lang Yue”), was founded in 2014 and can provide both international and Chinese clients with PRC law expertise.
Through our joint operation with international law firm Allen & Overy (known as A&O Shearman), we are able to provide our clients with seamless PRC and international legal advice.
About our joint operation office
In December 2019, as approved by the Shanghai Justice Bureau, Lang Yue and international firm Allen & Overy LLP established the Allen & Overy Lang Yue (FTZ) Joint Operation Office (“A&O Lang Yue”) in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
As of May 1 2024, Allen & Overy is known as A&O Shearman (trading as Allen & Overy LLP in the People’s Republic of China pending registration of the new name with the Ministry of Justice).
A&O Lang Yue brings together Lang Yue’s high-quality PRC law capability with A&O Shearman’s international platform and cross-border experience, to provide clients with seamless PRC and international legal services across a wide range of practice areas in China and globally.
